Historic Time in Integral’s Twenty-Year History

1 May 2024:  We are pleased to announce that Integral’s Board has approved a new governance structure.

In April 2024, our existing 21 trustees voted to approve new Articles of Association and a new Board Governance Policy for Integral. Following this decision they elected a new smaller Board, made up of eight CEOs/Presidents from Integral’s membership with two places on the Board reserved for independent directors from the Global South. All of our Members will continue to be represented in a Council of Members and take part in an Annual General Meeting....
